Find what is actually getting in the way. I look at how the software behaves today, the real constraints around it, and how people actually use it before reaching for tools.

SIMPLIFY

Remove unnecessary complexity before adding more. I untangle architecture and strip away excess layers. Simple problems should never be solved with complicated systems.

EVOLVE

Improve what exists without rebuilding blindly. I optimize bottlenecks and refine the architecture step by step, keeping the system stable and ready to grow as needs change.
